Train theme personalized birthday invitations printed on PVC Plastic VIP Passes (lanyard included).

Each VIP Pass Invitation is printed on both sides of a thick 30mil PVC plastic card and includes a black lanyard.

A minimum of 10 invitations is required, please do not choose less than 10 or your order will be refunded.

Please provide your party information at http://etsy.pvcinvites.com to provide the details for your order. You can upload a photo there as well. A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours after purchase. After you finalize your proof, your invitations will be printed and mailed to you.

Q. Do you offer rush processing?
A. Yes! Just purchase the listing here and your order will automatically be upgraded!

Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. We send a digital proof within 24 hours (business days) for you to review. Once you approve, we typically print and ship the next business day. Orders are sent through USPS and typically arrive within 2-4 days. Most orders arrive on time, but we do not guarantee shipment time frames or deadlines as orders can occasionally be delayed by the carrier. We provide an amazing product, but unfortunately we cannot control the postal system. :)

Q. What are the dimensions?
A. They are 3.38 inches x 2.13 inches. They are the standard ID badge size.

Q. Can I see a proof before I purchase?
A. No, we do not send proofs until you purchase. We will send your proof within 24 hours, and it will look just like the listing, but with your supplied information.

Q. Can you do less than 10 invitations?
A. No, due to the time involved in the design, we have a minimum of 10 invitations.

Q. Do you provide envelopes?
A. No, but any size envelope will work. We recommend a standard 4x6 envelope with 2 stamps.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you are not sure about your party, please do not order. Once you have all your information and are ready to purchase invitations, we have a quick turnaround. If you do need to cancel, a 50% fee will be assessed towards design and other work involved with your order.

Q. Can I upgrade shipping?
A. Yes, but please contact us first. Since each order is personalized, it’s hard to meet shipping requirements if info is missing or if we are waiting for your proof to be approved by you.

Q. Do you offer a discount for large orders?
A. We do not offer discounts unless your order is over 100 invitations. If that is the case, please send us a convo.
