DELIVERY CAN BE LATE BECAUSE:

-Some countries customs clearance offices run extra checks at peak times, this could be due to high security alerts, threats, or additional training. These are for your protection and safety. If you are concerned about delivery times, please speak to your local postal service provider.

-Extreme weather conditions like hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes may effect delivery times. You can get up to date reports from your shipping providers' website and if they are experiencing any delays.

-Public holidays can cause delays in packages being delivered. To check postal service public holidays, visit their website or local office to obtain information.

-Postal strikes will slow the delivery process down considerably. Please check your postal service website for updates and reports.

-Double check around the house to be sure that it didn't arrive. Maybe another member of the house or neighbor may have accepted the delivery and not told you, the note left by the courier may have slipped under a carpet for example.

-Did you give us the correct address? Please ensure your address was written correctly on your invoice.

-Your mailbox outside is full. Couriers will not wish to damage your package by forcing it into a full mailbox. So they may leave a note stating that they tried to delivery.

-Were you available to accept the delivery? Some mailboxes are too small to fit our packages so they will need to be either left with a neighbor or taken from the courier directly. If you were not around to accept delivery then a note may or may not be left for you to contact the postal office to rearrange a more suitable delivery time.

ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY!!!

Delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 weeks (not including weekends) to all countries from the SHIPMENT DATE. Due to postal services and customs clearance, please allow up to 5 weeks.

it is buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Vinyl wall decals won't stick to really textured walls but it's ok to apply to a little bit of texture. If you just paint you wall, kindly pls wait at least 2months to apply the vinyl wall decals.
It is recommended that you apply wall decal to surfaces that have been painted with an eggshell or satin finish. Applications on matte or flat paints are not recommended.

FACTS ABOUT VINYL

ThE items are made to order from long lasting outdoor/indoor self-adhesive vinyl, and it is easy to apply. I use a matte vinyl that looks like a painted finish when applied to your wall. All vinyl is removable and will not ruin your surface. I use MATTE vinyl so our decals look just like they are painted on your wall.

Decals can be applied to any clean, smooth, flat and semi textured surface. Put them on your walls, doors, windows, anywhere.
All of my decals can be modified to your liking. If you want a decal made larger or smaller, or the colors changed, I can totally do that. Or if you have something else in mind, maybe certain elements from two separate decals, just let me know and I will see how I can help...
