- Please take care in inflating, storing, and transporting balloons. They are heat sensitive and may pop in a hot car or cramped space.
- They are sold individually per letter/number. In the unlikely occurrence that a balloon arrives in unusable condition, only the damaged individual letter balloons will be replaced as soon as we can. There are no refunds on used balloons.

Once a balloon is inflated it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason. If an item is thrown away by the buyer we are not able to process a return or exchange.
