For expedited orders we have a selection of options that will be viewable when placing the item in the shopping cart. If the option is not available when placing the item in the cart it means the service is not available for that specific item.
For Europe and USA orders can be delivered 1-3 business days after being placed. For other locations in the world it's 3-5 days as fastest.

If you have ordered designs with a longer handling time the entire order will ship at the later date.

Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the item it is exempt from the 14 days return policy.

With all orders you will receive a special care card with instructions on how to take the best care of your garment and how to wash it. Wash care labels are also sewn into all garments in case you loose your care card.

All holographic, metallic and leather-look spandex fabrics will last longer the less they are washed, so try to air them in the window or on a balcony in dry weather to rid possible smell.
When you wash these garments it's with the inside out and in cold water only.

You can find the tracking number for your order under Purchases in your account dropdown menu. Click on the order and the tracking information and the order's location will show up.
