***Unzipping your file is as easy as clicking of the downloaded zip file and extracting the images to a location of your choice on your hard-drive. The Zip program we use is JZIP and can be downloaded FREE at: http://www.jzip.com/

⚫ What is the text file for?
***Due to the amount of images & their high quality, some of our listings are bigger than the file size limit on Etsy, in which case you will get a txt document with a direct download link to your zip inside. Open that document, and just copy and past the link provided inside that text file into your internet browser's address bar and hit the enter key of your keyboard. You will be redirected to a page in which you can immediately download each image separately or scroll down to the bottom of the page to find a zip file with all the images in it, just as usual. It's easy & quick and you won't have to wait for us to email you our largest files as they are instantly available after payment, just like any of our smaller files.

⚫ I have a 8.5 x 11 printer (or an A4 one). Can I still print 12x12 (or bigger) papers on my printer?
***For sure! Whether you use a PC or a MAC, you really don't need a 12x12 printer in order to print your files. Any regular 8.5 x 11 or A4 printer will do just fine. The edges will simply be cropped by the machine and you'll end up with a beautiful 8.5 x 11 patterned paper. Via the option menu of your printer you can choose to print the image at full size, scale the pattern further down or even change its orientation.
