We guarantee that if your item arrives damaged/defective, we will ship a replacement out immediately. If a replacement is not available, I will fully refund your money once I have received your return.

The application and removal of any decal or sticker is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for any damage caused by applying or removing the decal or sticker. By purchasing and applying our stickers or decals, you are accepting any and all responsibility.

Why is my tracking number not working on the USPS website?

In order to offer free shipping, we send out our decals and stickers in either a 5" x 7" envelope or a manila envelope. Unfortunately, the post office does not have tracking on envelopes. The tracking number is provided to Etsy as a "courtesy" and because it's a courtesy, tracking info is not always accurate or even available. This is also the reason the tracking number will not work on the USPS site and can only be tracked through Etsy. Unfortunately, once the post office has possession of a package, we no longer have any control over what happens from there. Any orders $20 and over will be sent out USPS Ground Advantage with an official USPS tracking number.

My sticker/decal order says delivered but it never arrived

In order to offer free shipping, we send out our smaller items in 5" x 7" envelopes or a manila envelope, unfortunately the post office does not have tracking on envelopes. The tracking number is provided to Etsy as a "courtesy" and because it's a courtesy, the info is not always available or up to date and it can only be tracked through Etsy, not USPS. We have learned that Delivered, usually means it has made it to your local post office and is being sorted for delivery. Most orders show up within 1-2 mail days of the delivered notification. Unfortunately, the post office has been terrible lately, so please be patient, we send out ALL orders within the time frame stated however, once USPS has it, we have no control over anything anymore.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Yes, we do!! In order to be able to offer free shipping, we need to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like to pay for a shipping upgrade, please contact me for specifics. We will need to know the following information: What are you looking to order and what quantity? The address it is shipping to How fast you are looking for it to be delivered? Once we have that info we will be able to give you some prices and some time frames
