Typically, yes when my schedule allows! Please contact me directly through an Etsy message and I will happily let you know if I am able to work with you to bring your ideas to life.

Do you provide application instructions for decals?

Yes absolutely. For each order I provide a small and simple instruction sheet to help guide you through the process of application. Another helpful tool to use for placement in specific decals would be the images I have uploaded on my listings. If you feel uncomfortable applying the decal yourself it is highly recommended to hire a professional in your area to apply it for you in order to ensure proper application. With that being said, I am not responsible for any errors made during the application process and cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges in the event of an application error as this is unfortunately something totally out of my control other than providing instructions and tips.

What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

The most accurate processing times and estimated deliveries can be seen through each listing's page. This can fluctuate based on my schedule and number of orders to complete. Generally it takes me 5-7 business days to complete an order and have it shipped out. In the rare occasion of any unpredicted delays, I will message you to discuss the timeline and situation! Please note that once the package is handed over to the mail carrier, I have no control over how fast your order gets to you (I wish I did!!).

Do you accept Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges?

I do not accept any returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to the fact that each order is made-to-order rather than simply taken out of an inventory. However, if there are ever any issues with your order please reach out to me immediately and I will gladly help resolve the problem to the best of my ability!

I bought a set of decals and I messed up one side...Do I need to re-order a whole new set or can I get just one side?

These things happen and I understand! Please message me via Etsy messages and I will happily create a custom listing for you to order the specific side you need instead of having to buy a whole set again. :)

While ordering, please be sure to correctly fill out the customization box with the correct information regarding the vehicle you plan to apply these decals. The year/make/model can affect the sizing of the decals, so in order to ensure you get the correct size for your vehicle this information is necessary. We provide easy to follow, step by step application instructions within the package, however it is recommended to hire a professional to apply your decals in order to ensure proper application and overall satisfaction with our product. These decals are very large and require time and patience With that being said, L&N Designs holds no responsibility for any errors that may occur during the application process and there will be no refunds or exchanges made in the event that an application error occurs. When applying any decal, patience is absolutely key in the process, so please do not rush if attempting to apply them yourself.

Every decal will come oversized. This is to ensure an easy and stress
free application. Certain model vehicles will require more or less
trimming during application. Any excess vinyl can be trimmed off
carefully with a razor blade or X-Acto knife to fit the exact dimensions of your window.

Due to the large size of these decals, they will come carefully rolled up in a square shipping tube. It is recommended to allow decals to flatten out prior to application by placing them on a flat surface with books or other weighted flat objects on top.

Note for purchasing in winter months:
The recommended surface temperature for applying decals is between 70 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. These temps allow the adhesive to properly bond to surfaces--- lower temps will make it more difficult to get the decal to stick. If you are planning on applying decals in colder temps, the use of a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the surface prior to application is highly recommended!
