Only handwash and iron with steam at low temperatures! If possible, you can leave the work for professional service. Else, you can try washing the dress with pre-wash soap at home. Delivery time for wedding dresses

Our tailors craft each dress to order, so kindly allow us sufficient time to fulfill your request. Made-to-measure: 30–40 working days. For shipments outside the EU: an additional 14 days. Ideally, order your dress at least 4 months before your wedding to allow enough time for any necessary adjustments.

After placing an order, you have 2 hours to change or cancel the order free of charge. A €50 cancellation fee will be charged after this time period and before the production has started. After the production has started, the return policy will be applied.
