Only handwash and iron with steam at low temperatures! If possible, you can leave the work for professional service. Else, you can try washing the dress with pre-wash soap at home. In Germany, you can find "Gallseife" which you can buy from drugstores like Rossmann, DM. It costs EUR 0.90 and your patience but may work. Here is the link to the product: https://shorturl.at/optT4

Delivery time for wedding dresses

Our tailors craft each dress to order, so kindly allow us sufficient time to fulfill your request. Made-to-measure: 30–40 working days. For shipments outside the EU: an additional 14 days. Ideally, order your dress at least 4 months before your wedding to allow enough time for any necessary adjustments.

After placing an order, you have 2 hours to change or cancel the order free of charge. A €50 cancellation fee will be charged after this time period and before the production has started. After the production has started, the return policy will be applied.
