How it Works:
1. Place Order: Place your order with available options and give the age of the kid/person if required in the topper design.
2. Send Photo: Send us a clear front facing photo of the person/kid whos face you want on the topper. Send it via Etsy message(quick way) or email it to digipinata [!at] gmail.com
3. Making & shipping: Within 1-2 working days of receiving the photo, I will make your personalized cupcake toppers and ship them.
You will receive them within 8-12 working days.
Material: We use thick photo paper with glossy finish. It comes with eco-friendly bamboo sticks attached to it.
Toppers size: Toppers are approx. 3 inches

You get the preview before I start making them. Please note, as I provide 48 hours shipping policy, If you do not approve the preview in time, I will consider it approved and make & ship them. So if you want any changes in the preview, please tell me ASAP.

These were a huge hit today! I was sweating bullets because they didn’t arrive until TODAY! Party was this afternoon! I had no plan B! I do recommend but make sure you order in plenty of time!! You’re going to need more than a month from time of order to when item arrives! At least 6 weeks is what I recommend!

Hii, thank you so much for the feedback. We faced some delay in delivery because of some software glitch at the USPS end. but it is fixed now and our all the shipments are getting delivered within 10-12 days like it used to do! 😃😃 ( USPS software was down at one major warehouse and they took around 10 days to get to normal and thats why packages dispatched from 26th may to 1st June got delayed by 1 week or so - as of 21st June today all good and our all recent shipments got delivered in 10-12 days timeline as we promise. 😃☺️ )
