With our “Rush My Order” upgrade, your item will be handcrafted and shipped within 1–2 business days, instead of the standard processing time shown in each listing (typically 5–14 days depending on the item). I stitch all my leather goods by hand, photos of how I do it are in the "about me" section. Hand stitching is much better and stronger than machine stitching, and it looks more beautiful.

I use a hot press for engraved, this type of stamping is much better than laser engraving which just burns the leather. You can choose your initials design - classic plain style or gold/silver

Is the leather stiff? Why does it feel firm?

I use premium Italian Buttero (vegetable-tanned) full-grain leather, known for its structure and durability. When brand new, it naturally feels firm and structured. With regular use, the leather softens, becomes more flexible, and develops a rich patina. I recommend a short break-in period of 1–2 weeks, similar to high-quality leather boots.

Why is the interior of the leather “raw” (unfinished)?

I leave the interior natural to keep the wallet slim and to preserve the full character of the leather. Adding lining would increase bulk and could wear out over time. This exposed interior is a traditional approach in high-end leathercraft and reflects the authenticity of full-grain leather.

Will the leather scratch easily?

Vegetable-tanned leather naturally develops marks and character with use. Light surface marks can often be reduced by gently rubbing the leather with your fingers, thanks to its natural wax content. Over time, these marks blend into a deep patina that reflects the life of the wallet.

Leather Quality & Care

I use the finest Italian full-grain leather (Walpier Buttero Leather) in my products. Buttero is a high-quality, vegetable-tanned leather with a naturally rich oil content, so it requires very little maintenance. Water: If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry naturally. Avoid direct heat sources. Conditioning: For the first year, no conditioning is usually needed. After that, you can occasionally apply a light leather balm (about once every 6–12 months) if the leather feels dry. Patina: The best care is simply regular use. Natural oils from your hands will gradually nourish the leather, deepening its color and creating a smooth, polished patina over time.

Why is the color slightly different from the photos?

Each piece of leather is unique. Because I use natural, vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, slight variations in tone and grain are completely normal. Lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the hide can also affect how the color appears. This is part of what makes every item one of a kind — no two wallets are ever exactly the same.
