She even rushed out-of-stock charms so my gifts would arrive on time, and the presentation was thoughtful and beautiful. Her communication was seamless, her execution flawless, and her effort showed in every detail. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about both the product and the customer experience—even across the world.
Super cute piece, but unfortunately one of the charms fell off right away. Luckily I found it on the ground, but now I feel like I need to double-check and secure all of them. Still love the look though!
