Can I Cancel My Order After Purchasing?

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing your order. Since each piece is handcrafted, work begins shortly after orders are confirmed. After the 6-hour window, cancellations or refunds won’t be possible. Thanks for your understanding and support for handmade work.

What If I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address?

Please be sure to double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. 1. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, simply message me the correct address and I’ll update it. 2. If it’s already on its way or delivery fails due to an incorrect address, I won’t be responsible for the undelivered package. In that case, a re-shipping fee will be needed if you’d like it sent again.

I received my daggers and they are absolutely gorgeous! They are even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship is so delicate and beautiful, and you can truly see the care and love that went into making them by hand. ❤️ The package arrived perfectly and was very carefully packaged. The customer service was also amazing throughout the whole process. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to listen and help. I truly appreciated the whole experience.
