FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many songs can I put on my custom CD?

Our CD-R discs can store up to 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) of music. The number of songs depends on their individual lengths, so please check your playlist's total running time before ordering.

Which playlist links do you accept?

We accept Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube playlists. Spotify is preferred. Please ensure your playlist is public and accessible so we can retrieve the correct songs.

Will each song be a separate track?

Yes! It will function just as a regular CD does.

Can I personalise the CD with my own photos?

Yes! Depending on your chosen option, you can upload your own images for the disc and jewel case artwork. For the best results, choose images that will work well within the CD's circular shape and centre hole.

Can I send voice notes or personal recordings?

Absolutely. If you'd like to include voice notes or personal recordings, please mention this in your order instructions and email your audio files to mixtapemax06 [!at] gmail.com.

Can I leave some parts of the case without artwork?

Yes. You can choose which available image areas to personalise. Please remember that the white reverse sides of the inserts may be visible where no inside artwork is supplied.
