12th Scale Room Box Kit.
Regency/Georgian Style, (think Jane Austin's Mr Darcy and Elizabeth Bennett)
Includes a Fireplace with surround, a choice of working or non-working Georgian window. There is panelling, skirting, coving and a dado.

Substantially built with doubled walls on the sides for hiding electric lighting wires if you choose.

Inside measurements - 47.5 cm across x 31.5 cm deep x 25.5 cm tall (18 3/4" x 12 3/8" x 10")
Outside measurements - 52 cm x 32 cm x 25.8 cm (20 1/2" x 12 5/8" x 10 1/8")

Available as - a kit with a non-opening window, plus instructions.

- a flat pack mostly finished, with walls, non opening window and fireplace already made, you just need to put the walls into position and fit in the fire-breast and fireplace, plus instructions.
