Custom and personalized orders

The instructions for custom orders are always clear, so we don’t provide a demo (only send preview to confirm details that are unclear). If you need to see the proof before printing, please leave a note or message us about it and confirm it within 24 hours.

Sizing charts and recommendations are in each item's listing. The best way to ensure perfect sizing is to measure an item you love and that fits you well, and then order the size that matches the closest.

To keep your item looking its best, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Please avoid using bleach and do not iron directly over any printed areas. Occasionally, you may notice a slight vinegar-like smell when your item arrives. This comes from the eco-friendly, water-based inks and fixation agent used in our DTG (direct-to-garment) printing process. The agent contains acetic acid, which is harmless and typically fades after one or two washes.

Because all items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing. I stand by the quality of all products and offer a 30 day window for damaged items or printing errors. Occasionally, the printing process may go a bit wrong and I am happy to take care of any quality issues. Please send me a message including a photo of the issue and I will send a replacement item if you contact me within 30 days.

Missing/ Returning package

If you fail to provide us with a correct and sufficient address, package will be returned, disposed, or lost and we are sorry that we cannot offer replacement item. So, kindly double-check the delivery address before submitting the order.

Order processing time is 2-7 days from the date your order has been placed. Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time will add an additional 4-5 working days.

How are your shirts printed? Are they done using vinyl or screen printing methods?

Kindly note that we utilize an environmentally-friendly Direct To Garment (DTG) printing method. This means the design is printed directly onto the product, resulting in a durable print that stands the test of time. While the designs may appear slightly less vibrant than on your device screen due to this method, rest assured, it's a high-quality, eco-conscious print.

Sizing Guide

How to Measure: For the best fit, we suggest using the measurements provided in the chart. Simply measure your favorite tee shirt or tank from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom, then compare those measurements with ours. Please be aware that while we strive for accuracy, there may be slight variations of up to an inch in length or width due to industry standards for manufacturing.

Unisex Tee: Our unisex tees are larger than typical women’s shirts. The sizing chart, located in the photos above, indicates the correct sizing for women. For instance, if you usually wear a size 6, you would likely wear a size small in our shirts for a comfortable, standard fit—neither too tight nor too loose. Please note that shirts are not pre-tied; if you prefer a tied look, consider ordering a size up from our chart.
