There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on Custom orders. Exchanges are only available on UNUSED items if they arrive damaged. You must contact me within 24 hours or receipt (as listed by carrier) and item must be shipped back within 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. REFUND or EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE DAMAGED ITEM IS RETURNED. Items sent back to us without first requesting an Exchange will not be accepted.

Incorrect orders
Wrongly ordered sizes on bags or logos won’t be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please note that the PICTURE on your receipt is NOT always the picture of the item you ordered. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the LOGO OPTIONS portion of your receipt prior to placing the order to make sure you are ordering the item you want.

LOST ITEM: Please be sure to confirm the shipping address prior to ordering. Once the item has been shipped, it is 100% out of my control. You will need to contact the carrier directly if you have any questions regarding your SHIPMENT. If the shipment’s tracking states that it was DELIVERED and you still believe you did not receive it, you will need to file a claim with your postal carrier services first before contacting me. Once your claim is complete, please contact us for a replacement.
