COLOR, You can choose on listing photo or you can choose primary colors. PLACE, Middle Bottom recommended.

When do I expect my package shipping and delivery?

I use DHL Express, FedEx and UPS to ship the towels. They generally deliver the packages in 2-5 days. The package is under my responsibility until you get it. Please order with physical address otherwise you can get problem on delivery, PO-BOX addresses cause problems.

Do I will pay the fee for custom?

I use all documents to prevent you pay custom fee but as you know the custom fee is out of control and buyer is responsible for all custom fees.

Can I return or exchange my order if I do not like?

I accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES and please check the below for my return policy. Please contact me in 7 days after delivery. The return cost is paid by buyers.

How do I clean my items?

Please wash the bath towels/Turkish Blankets in low degrees and gentle cycle, you can use dryer but we advise air dry.

The towels arrived late. One of the towels had a slight stain on it where the monogram was. O was not happy about that either. It should have been replaced with a new towel and no stain. I was extremely disappointed my towels came one week later than the promise date.
