What can I expect when buying a vintage item?

Most vintage and antique items will show signs of age and use. We believe this natural wear adds to the charm, patina, and character that make vintage pieces so special. Minor condition variations are normal, and we make every effort to clearly photograph and describe any notable details in each listing. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, please ask before buying so you can feel confident in your purchase. We want you to truly love your vintage find!

Where do you find your vintage items?

We source our vintage treasures from estate sales and love to travel both domestically within the U.S. and internationally. Most of our items come from the Midwest, where we are based, or from Palm Springs, California.

How do you ship your items?

We ship via USPS (or other carriers, depending on size and location) and provide tracking on all packages so you can follow your item’s journey. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and don’t always account for weather, local holidays, or carrier delays. We are always happy to combine shipping on our side; Etsy doesn't always calculate it properly.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes! Items priced over $100 are shipped with USPS insurance, since USPS automatically covers items up to $100. For higher-value items, we may also require signature on delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

How soon will my purchase be shipped?

We strive to ship within 1–3 business days. Occasionally, we extend processing times while sourcing special vintage items from California, which will be noted in our shop announcements.

Do you enhance your photos?

We try to photograph all items in natural light to show their true colors and details, but lighting conditions can vary from day to day depending on the weather and season. We do not digitally alter the items themselves, though we may brighten the photos, remove distractions and backgrounds to highlight each piece. If you want a closer look or more details about an item, please ask before purchasing. Please note that screens and lighting can make colors appear slightly different in person.

Returns and cancellations

For any reason, you may request a cancellation within four hours of purchase. However, once an item has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That being said, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing to ensure the item is right for you.

Broken and damaged items / refunds

We package each item with great care to ensure safe delivery to you. Unfortunately, rough handling during transit can still result in a broken or damaged item. To receive reimbursement for the cost of the item: 1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of the item(s) and inform us of the situation. 2. Provide detailed photographs and videos from different angles of the item and its packaging. Once these steps are completed, we will work to resolve the issue. For insured or high-value items, this may include filing a carrier claim to ensure reimbursement. Refunds will then be processed within three business days and payment will be issued by your original method of payment.
