I've never used Canva before, is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Canva is very user friendly, free, online software. The link you receive will take you straight there. You will need to create a free account. If you have any problems, please get in touch and we will guide you through.

What happens after I make a purchase? How will I receive my product?

You will receive your file immediately after purchase. You will receive an email with a link that takes you to a PDF. This pdf will contain link (or links) to your template in Canva.

I've just purchase a template and I haven't received my file. What should I do?

Please check your junk / spam inbox as sometimes the email can be redirected there. You will also be able to access your purchased file in your Etsy account. Simply go to you Etsy account --> click purchases --> download your file. If you are still unable to find your download. Please drop a message.

What types of stationary and signage do you offer?

This shop offers a wide selection of wedding signage and stationary, as well as stationary and signs for other special occasions, such as birthdays and baby showers. All the products here are digital downloads, which offers the convenience of having your product instantly. If you have something in mind that you can't see here, please drop me a message through Etsy's messaging system.

What can I edit and customize?

Once you have purchased a template you can edit the following: - Background color - Font size, font type and font coolour - Add or edit photo's

Can I edit text with glyphs, tails and swishes?

All text in your template can be edited to change font size, style and color. However, you will not be able to add new letters with glyphs, tails and swishes. These are the long lines or 'tails' sometimes used at the beginning and end of a word for stylized effect. I will therefore only add these to text and slogans that are integral to the template design and not to text that will definitely need to be customized, such as names and dates.
