While we are based in Indonesia, your items are shipped from our production partner in the United States. This helps reduce delivery times and avoid import taxes for most of our customers—especially those in the US.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), please contact us and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production will have started and cancellations are no longer possible.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please message us with your order number. We’ll help track it down and make sure you’re taken care of.
