📸 Important Note on Photos:
Capturing the true depth, color, and texture of our hand-knotted rugs is something we take very seriously. All photos are taken using a professional Canon 5D Mark IV DSLR camera, ensuring high-resolution quality. Prior to every shoot, we perform a precise color calibration using an X-Rite calibrator—the same standard used in Hollywood film production—for accurate color rendering.

Images are reviewed in real-time on two color-accurate professional monitors and rechecked post-shoot to ensure the rug's colors are represented as faithfully as possible. This meticulous process is in place so that what you see is what you get.

That said, color appearance may vary slightly from screen to screen. We highly recommend viewing rug photos on a laptop or desktop monitor for the most accurate color representation.

⚠️ Please avoid relying on smartphone screens, as they tend to over saturate colors and distort accuracy.
💻 Apple MacBooks, known for their superior display calibration, provide one of the most reliable viewing experiences for accurate color tones.

🚚 Shipping & Insurance Guarantee:
Every rug shipped by Carpets Kreation is fully insured for your peace of mind. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, you're completely protected — we offer a 100% refund or replacement with no hassle. Your satisfaction and security are our top priority.

🧼 Rug Care Guide
🌀 Vacuum Regularly — Light, routine vacuuming helps keep your rug fresh and preserves the natural wool fibers.
💧 Spot Clean Gently — For spills or stains, use a mild, wool-safe detergent made for natural fibers. Always test a small, hidden area first.
☀️ Protect from Sunlight — Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to maintain the rug’s vibrant colors.
🛠️ Professional Cleaning Recommended — For deep cleaning and long-term care, seek a trusted professional rug cleaner.
