Custom and personalized orders

✍️ Got a special request? Just drop us a line with your idea, and I'll do my best to make it happen. Keep in mind, though, custom orders can't be refunded or returned.

🍲 My ceramic pieces are designed to be practical. They're microwave and dishwasher safe, but I recommend handwashing to keep them looking their best. The glaze doesn't contain lead or cadmium. Rest assured, my glaze is safe for food and drinks, and my items are fired at high temperatures to prevent leaks.

Gift wrapping and packaging

🎁 When you want to add a special touch to your purchase, just choose the gift wrapping option for a small extra charge. I'll make sure to wrap it up beautifully! I can even include a personalized note from you to make it extra sweet.

📦 30-day guarantee & support

I handcraft every piece with care, and I truly want you to enjoy it for a long time. If something feels off or you run into any issue, please message me within 30 days of receiving your order — I’ll be here to help and find the best solution together. After 30 days, I’m unable to offer replacements or refunds. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you’re ever unsure about something — even after some time — just send me a message. I'm always happy to help.

👐 Nature of Handmade Ceramic

I pour a lot of love and attention into crafting each piece in my shop by hand, which means every item is unique. I embrace the little imperfections that come with handmade goods, like variations in materials, color or shape, and evidence of the crafting process.

📩 Shipping Options

Standard delivery usually takes up to 10 business days to most places, but if you need it faster, I offer express shipping for an extra charge. You'll find all shipping options at check out.

📫 Shipping to a Different Address

Need your item shipped somewhere else? No problem! Just give me a heads-up after you've placed your order, and I'll make sure it gets to the right place.

💲Customs and Import Taxes

While most places won't charge you extra fees, some countries might have customs or import taxes. If that happens, you'll be responsible for those fees. Also, if you refuse a package due to customs fees, any return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

🔃 Returns Due to Customs or Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to me for any of the following reasons, the buyer will need to cover the cost of shipping: - The recipient didn't like the item. - The package couldn’t be delivered because no one was home - The package wasn’t picked up from the post office or carrier’s location - It was held at customs, and the buyer chose to return it - The package took longer to arrive than expected - The buyer didn’t want to pay customs fees or additional charges Customs delays, fees, and taxes are out of my control, and buyers are responsible for any extra charges their country may impose. These situations can be frustrating, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
