It can be printed at home, online, and at a retail print shop.

For elf items, are elves included in your listings?

Typically no. Elves are for scale and set up ideas only. If there is any confusion, send us an etsy message. We would be happy to clear that up.

Instant Digital Downloads: I purchased a digital download, but I don't see the file.

Downloads can be accessed from a computer under your account and purchases. Some listing contain large files that are too large to be uploaded to Etsy. If that is the case, a PDF is available to bring you to a Canva or DropBox link. Please find those PDFs to find the link. If you still don't see your download, please send us a message on Etsy.

Typically, we don't accept returns or exchanges, especially during or after elf season. If we do make an exception, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will refund the purchase price, not including shipping, after receiving the item back. The buyer is responsible for damage, if any, upon receipt of the item.

Are products intended to be a toy?
