Custom and personalized orders

Order preparing times are stated in the each products. Preparing an order generally takes 1-3 days, if it custom order it may take a bit longer. Shipping times: USA: 1-3 days Canada:1-3 days UK:1-3 days EU:1-3 days Worldwide:1-7 days

When your package comes damaged to you, if possible do not accept it and take a photo but if is bring to your door let us know as soon as possible with photos. We will take care of the rest.
