In some cases, orders may be rerouted to a local partner to speed up delivery, reduce shipping costs, and avoid customs delays & fees

What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?

If your item arrives with any damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’re happy to help within this timeframe, but unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements or refunds for issues reported after 14 days.
