I just want to say the seller has amazing customer service!!! My hat arrived misshapen. I tried several different things to try to get it shape back that didn’t work. I messaged the seller and asked for a refund. Not only did she give me 100% refund, but she told me to keep the hat and gave me another suggestion to shape it. I have not tried it yet, but the fact that without hesitation, refunded me speaks volumes. You can definitely feel safe buying from this seller that they will stand behind their product
