How do I access my template?

Once your payment is confirmed, Templett will email you a download link in 10 - 15 minutes. The files will be emailed to the email linked to your Etsy account, so be sure that you have the correct address linked to your Etsy account. Follow the link to register for the free account. Once you log in and watch the instructions video, you will find your template on the left sidebar of the Templett app.

Do I need to pay for a Templett account?

No! Templett offers a free account that lets you access and personalize your purchased templates, no monthly fees required to edit or download your design.

If you already have an TEMPLETT account

If you already have a Templett account, the templates will be automatically added to it. You can access your templates at any time through templett.com/design with the credentials that you set on your first access. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it.

I can not find the Email from Templett

There could be several reasons for that: - You are looking at the wrong email address - Check the spam or junk folder for an email from Templett.com - You already have an account at Templett.com, go to templett.com/designand login with your credentials - You used your Apple ID to sign in to Etsy. In this case, please contact me, I will send you the access link directly through messages. Apple ID hides your real email address from Etsy and the Templett, so they are not able to send you the access link.

How do I add a photo?

In the Templett editor, click Uploads (left side), then Upload to import your image. Drag it onto your design, resize or crop using the corner handles.

How do I add a QR code?

Templett doesn’t generate QR codes directly. First, use any free online QR-code generator (e.g. qr-code-generator.com) to download your code as an image, then upload it via Uploads and place it on your design.
