What size should I buy?

Snapbacks: Age ranges are meant strictly as a guide as head sizes can vary. Our baby size can adjust from 45-50 cm (48 cm on the standard snap) and our kids size can adjust from 50-55 cm (52 cm on the standard snap). When in doubt, we recommend sizing up. Baby: approx. 6 months - 3 years Kids: approx. 4 - 8 years Beanies: On average our beanies will fit the age ranges listed. They have very good stretch and are meant to fit a little tall (not tight to the head) - they will be a little taller and have a little more slouch the younger in the age range the child is. Newborn: approx. 0 - 6 months Baby: approx. 6 months - 3 years Kids: approx. 4 - 8 years Rompers: Please refer to size chart image on romper listings for detailed measurements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our production times change from time to time. Up to date processing/delivery timelines can always be found on our product pages, prior to checkout and in your order confirmation email. Be assured, we adhere strictly to these timelines so you will know exactly when to expect your order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please send us a message as soon as possible. We will do our best to intercept your order and correct the address. Know that depending on our production cycle some orders do not take the full quoted processing time, so please let us know ASAP.

Do you accept returns?

As most of our items are custom in nature, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to address them. That being said if for any reason your order is incorrect or defective we will make it right at no cost to you. We pride ourselves on customer service and want you to absolutely love everything you get from us!

How can I clean my items?

Hats/Beanies: We recommend spot cleaning with water and mild soap if necessary, then let air dry - make sure to avoid the patch. Rompers: Machine wash, gentle cycle, like colors, dry on low. T-Shirts: Turn shirt inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, avoid bleach/softener, tumble dry low.

Do you ship international?

We do ship international. We will declare an accurate value on all non-U.S. shipments. The customer is responsible for all fees and customs charges should they occur. International orders typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on location and this time can be longer during the holiday season.
