We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. Personalized gifts may not be returned due to buyer's remorse or for any reason. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned items cannot be resold. If we make a mistake on any item, we will be happy to replace it.

There was an error (spelling mistake or otherwise) in my order, what now?

We are not responsible for errors you make yourself. We will print to your specifications. We do our best to catch errors before production. However, we cannot be held responsible if the error is not detected. Please proofread your text before submitting your order.

This is due to the fast-paced nature of our business, everything we do is time sensitive and most orders are processed almost immediately after purchase.
