No - all listings in this shop are digital download files only. No physical item will be mailed. These are SVG laser cut files designed for use with laser machines and cutting software.

How do I download my digital files after purchase?

Your Etsy digital download files are available immediately after payment clears. To download: 1. Log into Etsy.com (downloads are not available in the Etsy app) 2. Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews 3. Click “Download Files” next to your order Etsy will also send a download link to the email associated with your account. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your receipt email.

What file formats are included?

You will receive laser ready SVGs that are compatible with Glowforge, xTool, Lightburn, Cricut (Designer Edition), Silhouette Studio, and most laser cutting software. Please ensure your software supports SVG files before purchasing.

Do you provide laser settings?

Due to variations in machines, materials, and power levels, I do not provide specific cut or engrave settings. I’m happy to answer questions about the design itself, but machine setup and material calibration are the responsibility of the user.

What is your commercial use policy?

All designs include a small business commercial license for physical products. You MAY: ✔ Create and sell physical products made from these files ✔ Use them for personal or small business use You MAY NOT: ✘ Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files ✘ Upload the files to print-on-demand or third-party marketplaces ✘ Claim the design as your own If you have licensing questions, please message me before purchasing.

Can I customize the file?

Yes. These files can be edited in your design software to add names, personalization, or resizing as needed. Basic knowledge of your cutting software is recommended.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your laser cut file, please reach out. I want you to be successful and am happy to help with file-related concerns.

My file won’t open. What should I do?

SVG files must be opened inside compatible cutting or design software. If you’re trying to open the file in a browser, Word, or Preview, it may not display correctly. Import the file directly into your laser software instead.
