When will be ship my order?

After confirming the payment of your order, I will send the ordered products to the delivery address: To 24 hours- sending a file for your approval 1-3 business days - prints on paper 1-3 business days - canvas prints Days to ship are technically necessary time to prepare, pack and send your order. I do my best to send orders as soon as possible after ordering.

When should I expect my order to be delivered?

Approximately shipping times: Digital file only- to 24 hours United States, Canada, physical item: 3-6 days Europe, physical item: 3-6 days Australia, physical item: 3-6 days The estimated delivery dates are indicative, they are not guarantee. For high volumes, complex formats, certain countries, or special circumstances delivery times might vary. I can't be responsible if there is a delay due to customs, bad weather, strikes, delay due to the busy season during Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, National/ Local Holidays, or any other force majeure circumstances.

Can I take advantage of a Fast shipping method?

Yes, of course, you can. Just contact me before ordering and we will specify all the details of the express delivery which is most suitable for your need.

How was sent my package and how I will get it?

All Posters, Framed Prints, and Canvas are printed and shipped from our production partner nearest to your location. Because our products are made locally, waste, transportation distances, and carbon emissions are slashed. All physical items are sent with a tracking number. If the postman does not find you at your address, probably he will leave a note for you, and you will need to visit your post office. If within a few days, you don't look for it, it will be returned to me. Responsibility for the unclaimed package will be entirely yours. Re-delivery is at the expense of the buyer. If you prefer a refund when it returns to me in the original good condition, I will refund the cost of your order but without the original shipping cost.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, this is possible only if you contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, I'll be able to change delivery address if this is necessary. If it was sent, it is impossible for me to make this or other changes. If you have provided the wrong, incomplete, unavailable, or invalid shipping address, I am not responsible for this.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

I accept returns and cancellations. Contact me within 14 days of receiving. Ship item back to 14 days after delivery. Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase. I don't accept exchanges. CUSTOM ORDERS made especially for you, personalized items (with text, changing colors, names, etc.) are not refundable. They are considered final. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the goods don't return to their original shape, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. I'm sending orders with tracking, you also have to send it back with tracking. Message me after return and send me a tracking number. When it returns to me in the original good shape, I will refund the cost of your order, without initial shipping cost.

I received item/s damaged during transport, what to do?

Please message me within 48 hours after receiving. Items damaged during transport are acceptable for refund, or re-delivery after receipt of a photo/s showing damages. Also, the photos have to show your address on the package and the tracking number. Photos should also clearly show all packaging, especially if it is also damaged. Requests of refund sent later than 48 hours after delivery and without photo/s of the damaged items and the packaging, will not be processed.

Tracking Shows “Delivered” but my package is missing, how to proceed?

If tracking shows status “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please, first check to your neighbors or around your home. If you don't find it, contact to your local post office, and ask them about your shipment. If the tracking says that the shipment was “Delivered”, it is a proof that the package has indeed arrived and was delivered. In this situation, I cannot send new item/s.

Can I order a framed print?

Yes, of course. About all prints, you have 3 opportunity to choosing: - An unframed print- on paper only - Framed paper poster - Stretched canvas. Please select your preference from the drop-down menu in the listing. The frames are made from pine wood, with color options - white, black, and natural.

Do you deliver to PO box?

Yes. But delivery to PO boxes is valid only to the USA. This option is available for orders shipped with FedEx Smartpost, USPS and UPS Mail Innovations. Note: Even though delivery to PO boxes is available, I recommend you to place orders to home/business addresses.
