1) As per our return policy, we do not accept refund requests.
2) Our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a functional issue with the product. However, if the item is damaged during shipping (e.g., a broken part of the wood), we kindly ask that you send us detailed photos of the damaged product. In such cases, we will gladly produce and send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
3) If there is an issue with the watch dial or mechanism during transit and it is not working, please inform us, and we will promptly send you a new mechanism and dial. The shipping cost for the replacement will be covered by us. Please note that we do not accept refund requests for damages to the watch mechanism or dial.

Installing your Resin Works Art product couldn't be easier! All of our products are made with living wood and resin. It will be sent with its hardware in case you need to hang it on the wall.
