The customer service was spectacular - I had conversations over Etsy regarding sizing. They even caught a sizing issue from the numbers I gave them. Shipping was fairly fast (although Etsy did think it would arrive 2 days after it shipped). And the quality is so good - very well crafted. It looks like the picture on the listing and does not disappoint. My fiancee is so excited to wear it for our wedding!

Item never arrived. In suggested time slot. Contacted the shop who advised i wait 48 hrs, when nothing happened I was told to wait again. I contacted ETSY support who stepped in and issued an immediate refund after after reviewing my correspondence with the shop. The shop contacted me after ETSY issued a refund suggesting im a bad person because they could not keep to their time frames they provided me even after extending it multiple times. They even said the order was already dispatched and with DHL. I contacted DHL who said there have been no deliveries booked to my address and no cancelled deliveries
