How do I get my files?

Everything here is digital — no shipping, no waiting, just instant party magic. Once your payment clears, you can download your files instantly on Etsy from a web browser (not the app, please!) Tech issues happen. Send me a message and I’ll help you get sorted if you can't get your files.

How can I use your designs?

For personal use only. Print as many copies as you want for your event. No reselling digital files (my lawyer side-eye will find you). Commercial licenses available for party planners; just ask!

Refunds? Exchanges? I made a mistake!

Because these are instant downloads, I can’t offer refunds. BUT if something’s wrong or you made an honest mistake, I’ll work with you on a shop credit. I’m not a monster.

How do I print your items?

At home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer. They’re high-resolution so they’ll look great anywhere. If you need assistance just send us a message!

Can I make you a custom or personalized game?
