How is the condition of the vintage pieces described?

All my items are authentic vintage pieces. They may show signs of age, such as patina, small marks, natural wear, crazing, foxing, which are part of their history and make them unique. Each piece is carefully selected and described in detail, with photos showing its condition, size, and measurements. Please look at all photos, and read descriptions thoroughly before purchasing so that you are fully aware of what you are buying. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.

There is a problem with my order?

I want my customers to be happy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. All sales are considered final. All items are sold AS IS. However, if an issue arises I will review each order on a case by case basis. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For orders damaged in transit, please contact me immediately (within 3 days) with damage photos and save the packing materials, photos of damage to box as well. All damaged orders must be returned within 7 days of return acceptance. Select items, sale items, and accepted offers are considered final sale.

How can I track my order?

Every parcel includes proof of shipment and a tracking number. This will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also follow the progress directly in your Etsy order history. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, feel free to reach out to me.

Please note that I am not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been delivered to and/or received by customer. That means, if you bring your box in, and drop your item on the floor, I am not responsible for the damage.

Standard Free Shipping?

I offer Standard Free Shipping on all of my items, unless the item is very large, or very heavy. For large, and bulky items, a shipping charge may apply. This applies to United States addresses only. I do not ship outside of the United States. If you need your item faster than the standard 5-7 ground shipping times, feel free to reach out to me. Any expedited shipping costs are at the buyers expense. UPS, FedEx, and USPS have suspended all service guarantees. They are not guaranteeing any delivery dates nor are they refunding for late deliveries. All dates and times are only estimates. I have no control of weather patterns, mail carrier delays, or what happens after I ship my items. I re-use packaging whenever possible.

Can I return an item?

I want you to love your treasure! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me immediately, and I will do everything in my power to satisfy your order! Returns are accepted if the item is sent back in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt of item. All shipping costs related to the delivery of the items are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded.

I strive to carefully describe and photograph all of my items so that my buyers can be sure that they truly want what they are purchasing. If damage occurs during transit, please document all packing materials and the damaged item and send the photos to me within three days of delivery. I will do my best to remedy the situation with the carrier. Undocumented damages and packing cannot be remedied. I take pride in what I do, and appreciate you stopping by!

Insufficient Address Provided by buyer/Undeliverable

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address at the time of purchase. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect, or insufficient address that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost, if the item is re-shipped. I reserve the right to cancel your order, and issue a full refund for insufficient address, and or undeliverable packages that are returned to me. If the buyer and shop owner come to an agreement, and the item is re-shipped, an additional fee will apply. Additionally, package theft is an unfortunate reality but if the tracking information states "delivered" I cannot replace an item that has been stolen. Thank you.
