Shirt color ok,but turtle graphic not color shown, came in a blue that does not match shirt color, turtle graphic supposed to be whiteish

I cannot comment on the quality of the shirt since I have not received it. I will say that customer service has not been good or timely. I have purchased from this vendor before with no issues. Based on the reviews from the last couple of months this same issue is the same one everyone is having. Card charged but item not shipped. At this point I just want a refund. Shirt was needed by a specific date which is one of the reasons I decided to go with this vendor again.
