Yes, you can but only if you specify the pattern designer But patterns only for personal use.

What if I do not have a paypal ?

If you don't have a PayPal, you need select the "Pay by credit card" on the PayPal page.

No, sorry. I just don't have a so much free time for it. Patterns takes all my time :)
