What Is Our Non-Discriminatory Sizing Policy for Inclusive Apparel, Chronic Illness Clothing, and Hidden Disability Gifts?

📏 Non-Discriminatory Sizing & Accessibility Policy – What Does It Mean for You?📏 At The Self Health Line, we believe that everyone—regardless of body size, health condition, or mobility needs—deserves access to high-quality, comfortable clothing without price discrimination. Many individuals with Lyme disease, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic illnesses face barriers to finding affordable, well-fitting clothing that supports their unique needs. That’s why all of our items are priced equally across sizes within each product listing—because comfort and accessibility should never come with an added cost. 💡 If you notice a pricing inconsistency, please reach out, and I will adjust it!

Why Don’t You Accept Returns or Exchanges for Handmade Gifts, Chronic Illness Awareness Items, or Hidden Disability Gifts?

📦Return and Exchange Policy📦 Since most items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges—handling returns is a significant logistical challenge, and I want to keep the process as smooth as possible for everyone. However, your satisfaction matters! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’re unhappy with your order, I do offer partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis. 💡 Before leaving a negative review, please reach out to me first! Whether you ordered a self-care item, a chronic illness awareness piece, or a special gift for her, a friend, or someone with a hidden disability, I want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. Your support means everything, and I appreciate the chance to help!

Do my chronic health condition Items ship together or separately?

📦 How Shipping Works:📦 Since I offer both handmade and print-on-demand (POD) items, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on fulfillment locations. - Pins: I ship these directly from home, so they will always be packaged and sent separately. - Stickers: Each one is handmade, which means they also ship separately from other items. - Clothing & Other Items: While I always aim to ship everything together, sometimes different fulfillment centers run out of certain sizes or products. When this happens, I choose the option with the fastest processing and shipping time to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out- I would be happy to help!

Will My Order Have Tracking Information for Handmade Gifts, Chronic Illness Awareness Items, or Hidden Disability Gifts?

📦 All orders include tracking information—except for sticker-only orders, which are shipped via USPS letter mail to keep shipping affordable and accessible. ✉️ Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (U.S. orders) 💡 If your sticker order has not arrived within 7 days, please reach out! I will request a mail search with USPS and, if necessary, resend another one to ensure you receive your order. 🚨 Want tracking on stickers? Send me a message before ordering, and I can set up a shipping upgrade for you! ✨ Sticker orders over $30 receive free tracked shipping! Whether you’re purchasing a gift for a friend, a chronic illness care package, or a hidden disability gift, I want to make sure your order arrives safely! 😊

Do you offer price adjustments for Chronic Illness and Hidden Disability Appearal if we bought the item at full price and the chronic illness awareness item is now on sale?

No, I do not offer price adjustments for Chronic Illness and Hidden Disability Apparel! I totally understand wanting to take advantage of a sale. Since prices change with promotions, I’m unable to offer price adjustments on past orders.
