1. Our customization process

First, you need to send me a design sketch/reference image. Second, after I confirm the design sketch with you, we'll start selecting the fabric and colors for the doll. Then, I'll send you pictures of the embroidery design and the finished embroidery for confirmation. Finally, after confirmation, we'll begin sewing the doll together and ship it to you. We'll work together to decide on the overall production of the doll.

2. Our update and image feedback progress

1) The design drawings will be confirmed 3-5 days after the order is placed. 2) You will be able to choose the fabric color for the doll 10-14 days after placing your order. 3) We will produce the doll's embroidery pattern 20-25 days after you place your order. 4) We will begin embroidering the doll 32-40 days after you place your order. 5) We will begin sewing the doll 39-45 days after you place your order. 7) Purchase custom-made doll clothes, which will be completed 2 to 5 weeks after the doll is made. All times are subject to actual production time; this is just an approximate update.

3. Our fabric selection

A variety of fabrics are available for you to choose from: regular fur, rabbit fur, long rabbit fur, and other long-haired options. Fur: Curly hair, high-temperature silk, and milk silk are also possible, but will incur additional costs, depending on the complexity of the production. After the design is confirmed, we will work together to decide on the materials and colors used for the doll. Once confirmed, changes are not accepted and will incur additional costs.

4. What is the difference between a normal body and a body with added bones? Will adding bones affect the softness of the doll?

There is no difference in appearance between the two, except that dolls with added skeletons can change poses and maintain those poses, making them more suitable for interaction. Dolls with added skeletons are slightly firmer than those with normal skeletons due to the support structure, but this does not affect their soft texture.

5. Can gradient hair and blush be created?

Gradient-colored doll hair cannot be created. Creating dolls with blush is not recommended. We are unsure if the final color will be what you want, and once blush is created, it's difficult to correct.

6. Our shipping and delivery time

Normal shipping time: Approximately 10 to 15 days. Additional fee for expedited shipping: Depending on the shipping channels and policies available at the time, it will take approximately 3-7 days. The above times are subject to change and may vary between different companies/regions.

7. Can we provide expedited service?

We can offer expedited services, including expedited production of dolls and doll clothes, as well as expedited shipping. However, we will charge appropriate fees based on the specific circumstances, such as labor costs and fast logistics channel fees.

8. Our Amendment Policy

Free Revisions: We offer two free revisions during the design phase. Please complete all revision requests in the initial design draft. Every subsequent step will be based on the design; any necessary modifications will be provided at our discretion, either free of charge or for a fee.

9. Our return and refund policy

Customized products cannot be cancelled for any reason once production begins. In special circumstances, partial refunds are only accepted. The specific refund amount will depend on the production progress and material waste costs. To protect your rights, please record an unboxing video upon receiving the doll.
