quick delivery, just a few days after ordering. material and hardware appear to be of good quality and made well. plenty big enough at 9 litres amd robust enough for daily use. my only criticism would be there is no outer pouch or zip pocket for easy access to store keys or wallet etc, all pouches are inside which means you have to put the bag down to access everything. I am however looking forward to using it from tomorrow
