Are your items made in the UK?

Yes! All items are designed, created, packed and shipped in the UK.

Do you use animal-based products in your inks?

No. We have been assured by our printing team that the ink which is used to print our designs is vegan-friendly, and no animal by-products are used to create the ink - nor are they tested on animals.

What does your 24HR Royal Mail upgrade offer?

Opting to upgrade your shipping to 24hr RM delivery does not speed up the design process, instead, it means when it leaves our printing hub it will be sent using RM-24Hr in comparison to our free delivery, which uses RM-48Hr.

What packaging do you use?

Where our mugs are packed within a smash-proof box, our cards are packed within a protective sleeve and a cardboard hard-back envelope.

My item has been returned to you via my post office. What do I do now?

More often than not the first time a buyer hears about their item being returned to us - is when I message them. If your item has been returned to us then this will be due to failure to collect from your Post Office. Your local Post Office keeps your order for 18 DAYS before returning. In order for this to be resent to you there is a reshipping fee of £4 (as of the date of posting). Failure to pay the reshipping cost may result in the deposing of the item. No refund is offered during this process, as costs have already been expelled.

Are you able to donate products to my charity?

Unfortunately, as a very small business, I am unable to donate physical products, however, I would be happy on occasion to offer a UNIQUE high discount code. Please do make note that if I were to donate products to all charities that have messaged me, I would not have any income - I would be delving into my own funds to cover the product costs and design - which can be up to 90% of the cost before any profit is actually made.

Can you donate a single product?

As above, a discount code is the best I can do - remembering that the discount code covers purely my costs and results in zero profit. Alternatively, like many others, if you would prefer physical products then we suggest messaging a larger well-established company that would be able to provide a wider range of products that would result in little if any effect on their earnings.

Can you edit the wording on one of your designs for me?

Yes. Most of our designs are fully editable, so if you would prefer one to say something else then drop us a message BEFORE ordering and I'll get back to you on if it can be done :)

Does the ink you use contain toxins?

No. We have been assured by our printing team that our ink is toxin free, and therefore it is safe for both adults and children to use. Our inks are also OEKO-TEX® certified.

Dye sublimation is a printing technique used to transfer designs onto ceramic mugs with stunning clarity and colour accuracy. The process begins with a digital image or design being printed onto a specialised sublimation paper using dye-based inks. Next, the printed design is carefully wrapped around the surface of the ceramic mug, ensuring proper alignment and adherence. The mug, along with the wrapped paper, is then placed into a heat press. Under high temperatures and pressure, the dye inks on the paper undergo sublimation, transitioning from a solid to a gas without passing through a liquid state. This gas permeates the polymer coating on the surface of the mug, bonding with the ceramic material at a molecular level.

As the heat press is released and the mug cools, the dye sublimation process is complete, resulting in a permanent, full-colour image embedded into the surface of the mug. The finished product boasts vibrant colours, sharp details, and excellent durability, making it a popular choice for personalised gifts.
