I ship worldwide from Germany using Deutsche Post DHL, and tracking is included on all orders. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its delivery. Estimated delivery times: • Germany: 2–3 business days • EU countries: 4–7 business days • Europe (non-EU): 5–10 business days • USA: 5–10 business days • Other international: 7–14 business days Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or local delivery delays. While most orders to the mainland USA follow the standard delivery timeline, shipping to Hawaii (and sometimes Alaska or U.S. territories) may take longer than usual.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, I accept returns. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery for approval before returning. Refunds are issued on the product price only (minus shipping costs). Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for custom-made orders, as these pieces are created especially for you. Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, including the cost of sending items back and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping new items. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, feel free to message me if you're looking for a custom size or a specific color/pattern combination. I’ll check my available fabrics and let you know what’s possible.

Will the color of the item match exactly what I see on my screen?

Every screen displays colors slightly differently, so there may be a small variation between the actual product and what you see in the photos. If you're unsure about the color, feel free to send me a message—I’d be happy to share additional photos taken in different lighting.

All pillow covers are sewn by me in my studio in Heilbronn, Germany, using traditional Indonesian textiles that are hand-woven or hand-drawn. Small variations are part of the craftsmanship and make each piece unique — they are not meant to be “perfect.”

This pillow cover is crafted from a rare vintage Welak ikat textile.
Welak ikat textiles originate from the Maumere region of Flores and were traditionally reserved for ceremonial use. Often kept within families for generations, these cloths carry deep cultural meaning and are rarely found outside their place of origin. This piece reflects the patience, symbolism, and skill of its makers, preserved through time.

The textile used for this piece is estimated to be around 100 years old and was carefully preserved within a family before being released. Woven by hand using hand-spun cotton and dyed with natural pigments, it features layered tribal motifs in indigo blue, deep red, and soft golden yellow, colours that have gently mellowed with time.

As with all antique, handwoven textiles, subtle irregularities in weave and tone are present, reflecting both age and craftsmanship. These details are part of what makes the piece quietly special.

Balanced between tribal character and refined simplicity, this pillow cover works beautifully as a statement accent in thoughtful interiors, adding depth, texture, and a sense of history without feeling overstated.
