YES, they do spin! But also, NO PINS or NEEDLES. Little guests can enjoy playing with them without the fear of getting stabbed. I only use paper, paper straws, brads and glue.

Let me know if there's anything you'd like to change; tell me your theme, your color palette, your occasion. I like changing things around. Someone ordered patriotic pinwheels and when I found out they were for a 2-year old's birthday party in red, white and blue, I was happy to change them into this more appropriate set.

This set is just gingham and plaid. There are other sets that have distressed dots on front, too. I decided to separate the prints in case someone doesn't like dots, gingham, or plaid.
