My package was not delivered on time, what do I do?

We guarantee that our production time will be 1-2 business days but we can NOT guarantee that orders will arrive by a specific date. Once our items have shipped we are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, carrier disruption/delays, etc... therefore we will not offer refunds or exchanges for late orders that are out of our control.

My order was lost or stolen, what do I do?

Once we ship an order with a tracking number, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, misplaced, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages due to post office negligence or theft. You must check with your local post office for delivery failure. Our responsibility is to ship the ordered items within 1~2 business days with a tracking number, anything beyond that we are not responsible.

My order was shipped to the wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the address is entered or updated correctly when placing an order, therefore we will not issue a refund for this mistake.

The item was exactly as pictured. Only small problem, when you peel the picture off the page some of the picture is cut off.

Thank you for your feedback. The pearls image bleeds off the page, this is intentional not an accident. Without a bleed, tiny shifts of the paper during the printing process could leave a sliver of white paper along the edges when the image is supposed to appear to continue off the edge as shown in our image. Bleeding the image beyond the border of the sticker prevents this from happening but when you peel the sticker off the sheet it will still look exactly as our image in the listing. Yes, there will be a little bit of image still on the sheet but that is on purpose.
