These shoes came all the way from Greece, and I was so impressed with the level of customer service. When the package was delayed and even thought to be lost, they immediately offered to send me another pair free of charge. Thankfully the shoes did arrive (a little late), but their kindness, patience, and willingness to make things right truly stood out. I’m so grateful for this type of customer service—it made the whole experience wonderful. The shoes are so comfortable and a perfect fit for me! The quality is perfect!

These run incredibly small! The measurements are taken from the sole of the shoe, and not the wearable portion where the foot inserts. Buy with caution because if you end up with the wrong size, due to tariffs, returning the shoes for the correct size will cost you more than you originally paid.

Dear Jessica Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that no measurements were requested before purchase, and as mentioned in our previous conversation, the incorrect size was selected. A US 8.5 corresponds to EU 40, while the order placed was for EU 39. Our shoes are true to size and follow standard international sizing charts. We kindly ask that customers avoid providing misleading sizing information based on an incorrect size selection. Additionally, in the case of an exchange, the customer is only responsible for the return shipping cost. No duties or extra tariff charges are required for a size exchange.
