- I use Royal Mail for transport of my orders; if you'd like to track your order please utilize the shipping upgrade which is available at check out. If you don't use this then I will ship your order as standard and you wont be able to track your order. I can always provide proof of postage when requested :) - Buyers are responsible to ensure that their shipping address is correct and up to date. You can check your address in Etsy settings. All animal products in the store are ethically and sustainably sourced. This means: - No animals have been harmed or killed for any purpose of the store nor its items - Items have NOT been sourced from pest control, traps, or anything to do with the food or meat industry - I source materials from animals that have sadly passed in RTAs, that have been found deceased in nature, and sometimes I will source items from ethical taxidermists who meet the same standards I understand that ethics are subjective, and every person has their own ethical guidelines; if you have any questions or need further information on how a product has been sourced before making a purchase then please get in touch and I will be more than happy to help.

- I use teeth in some of my items; unless otherwise stated these are vintage dentures and not real teeth - If you would like a custom order using real teeth then please send me a message and we can discuss a lovely custom order for you - I use vintage dentures to keep prices low and accessible to everyone, this is because real teeth are very expensive
