Most of our orders are in stock and shipped within 1-3 days. If you need to hold your order until you receive it, please contact our customer service. FEDEX GROUND (2-5 business days)- standing desks/computer desks/console tables/dining tables. Freight LTL (5-10 business days) - large and bulk orders.

WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED - Sturdy steel design is backed with a 3 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY and friendly tech support to help with any questions or concerns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and +15% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. As long as you return your item to us, in “like new” condition and in its original packaging, we will approve your return. Please note, a return shipping fee + 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. Anything purchased from Modern Wood Style, including desks with your custom configuration, is covered under our standard return policy, with a few exceptions. We won’t be able to accept returns in the following: Custom/Special order items Volume orders Open-box items Discounted products

International shipping

Unfortunately, Modern Wood Style does not offer international shipping, which includes Puerto Rico. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Damage Policy 1. Inspection Upon Delivery: We kindly ask all customers to inspect both the packaging and the item upon delivery. Please check carefully for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. 2. Reporting Damage: If any damage is found, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Timely reporting is important so we can properly assist with a damage claim, replacement, or other resolution. 3. Required Information for Damage Claims When reporting damage, please make sure all original packaging materials are kept and available for review. Please note that photos of the damaged item, the outer shipping box, and all internal protective packaging materials are required.

Great desk, the quality is there, base is smooth and fairly quiet, the top is super heavy solid wood, and the finish is nice and matte with no flaws. The shipping was exceptionally fast and the price point was just right. The seller is very responsive and proactively reached out to share shipping updates and check in on my satisfaction with the desk as well. Would highly recommend this shop and product.
