For all our items we offer personal packaging. Also, we can offer you gift wrapping and we can add any gift message to your order.

Christmas Season Delays

Before Christmas the estimated delivery time can be increased up to 7-14 days due to the overloads in the customs, airports and postal services. The standard delivery terms depend only on the work of postal services, weather conditions and other force majeure circumstance.

Customs and import taxes

All costs for international delivery (fees, taxes and duties) should be paid by the buyer.

What if my package has been returned to you because of non-pickup, insufficient or incorrect address?

Please double check your address when you are making your order. If your package will be returned to us because non pick up, incorrect address or with a note from postal service about the problems with the address, unsuccessful delivery, we can re-ship your order, but you will need to pay for the shipping again.

We accept returns for non-personalized and non-customized items. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for personalized and customized items. If you encounter any problems or have questions regarding your item, please contact us, and we will work together to find a solution.

From our workshop to your home: Timeframes

We need 2-5 business days for the production, STANDARD shipping takes 10-25 business days (depends on the country of delivery), and EXPRESS shipping you can choose during checkout - 6-10 business days. You can check the estimated delivery time during checkout or contact us.

Custom and personalized orders

We can engrave any logo or design that is suitable for engraving or UV printing. Additionally, we can create a custom design based on your request.
