Hello! I'm Marta, a small portuguese artist based in Blackburn (UK). My pronouns are she/her. I'm the one who behind the paintings, the design, preparing the orders and going to the post office to send your packages.

Custom and personalised orders

I can create custom designs and offer existing designs on products not featured in the store. If you'd like the design on a different fit please get in touch! The possibilities are truly endless! If you want something specific, or just have a vague idea, send me a message and lets discuss the options.

Can I reserve products for pickup at events you will attend without paying shipping?

Send me a private message, through the store or other social networks! In the stand the prices will be a bit different and I might have other discounts or offers.

When you buy a product in preorder, it means that the product isn't in the hands of the artist yet, so it will take longer to ship than a product on stock. Paying for a product in advance helps the artist to make an approximation of the quantity that they should order and, in many cases, be able to afford to do it by covering part of the investment of the order. In my store, my products in preorders are usually cheaper, or come with an extra gift.

I have received a design or a type of merch that is not the one I had ordered

Being a single person who runs the store, I can make mistakes when I'm preparing your packages. Contact me as soon as you can so I can fix it!

I need this by a certain date

I will always try, but I am at the mercy of the International postal services. But if you're outside the UK, you really need to leave *at least* 3 weeks between ordering and receiving. This time can increase during the holiday season and has remained erratic since the pandemic, due to a funding cuts, strike action and global events. Please wait 30 days before contacting me about items which have not arrived to account for this.

Why does my package contain reused materials or packaging from other companies?

As part of my commitment to sustainability, I actively reuse packaging materials whenever possible. This includes repurposing clean, sturdy boxes and protective materials from my suppliers. By doing so, I reduce waste, minimize my environmental impact, and help keep packaging out of landfills. Rest assured, while the outer packaging may vary, the quality and care put into your item remains my top priority. I appreciate your understanding and support in my efforts to be more eco-friendly!

Can you create fanart of a specific series or character I like?

I'm thrilled you're interested in my take on different series! While I love exploring various fandoms, my art process is quite time-intensive, especially as I balance it with digital commissions and another full time job. To manage my workload and show appreciation for my most dedicated supporters, I reserve specific fanart requests for my Patreon community. If you'd like to see your favourite characters in my style, I'd be more than happy to welcome you to my Patreon! There, you can join a wonderful community and have the opportunity to influence my fanart choices. Thank you for your understanding and support of my work!

Why do I have to pay extra tariffs on my parcel? (USA)

The US government has ended the duty-free import duties which allowed to import from other countries without extra fees. However that has now ended and each new import over the next 6 months might trigger a extra fee of 80-200 usd. These are not for me and as of now, there isn't anything I can do about it. I'll keep my eyes out and will try to arrange special shipping for USA as soon as it's available to avoid these charges, but so far they're not available to me. Please understand. Regular return rules apply to anyone, unfortunately I can't do much more about it as I'm only one small person and this isn't even my full time job.
